Get set for our spooktacular Halloween Competition – closes 5pm on 1st Nov 2022

This Halloween we’ve got 3 competitions to keep your spirits up (excuse the pun)! So get creative – we can’t wait to see what monstrously good ideas you come up with. Entry closes at 5pm on 1st November so there’s plenty of time to get organised!!

3 competitions, 9 great goodie-bags up for grabs

We’ve come up with 3 different competitions and we’re looking for 3 winners for each. In return, we’ve got a total of 9 great goodie bags for our worthy winners. No need to enter all 3 competitions, though you can if you like!

Terms and conditions for entry

1. The promoters are members of AD4PT: DSV Seeds UK, Nichino UK, SwiftDetect and Horsch UK.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom. 
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Only one entry per person per competition – Halloween Pumpkin Carving Competition; Halloween Colouring Competition; Best Halloween Pet Costume Competition.
6. Closing date is Tuesday 1st November 2022 at 17:00. After this date and time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

To enter the competition, please follow @Ad4ptAg on Twitter. To submit your entry you need to either: 1. post a photograph of your entry on Twitter and tag @Ad4ptAg #HalloweenCompetition ……OR…. 2.  send an email with a photograph of your entry to Sarah.ferrie@nichino.uk with the email subject “AD4PT Halloween Competition”.
10. There will be a total of 9 winners – 3 winners per competition – 1^st, 2^nd, 3rd.
11. The 9 winners will be the persons who either 1. Carve the best pumpkin; 2. Create the most artistic coloured-in Halloween picture; 3. Submit the best Halloween dressed pet photo.
12. There are 9 prizes, 3 for each of the competitions – the prizes consist of a bag of goodies provided by the AD4PT group members.
13. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
14. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
15. Winners will be chosen by the Promotors judging panel.
16. The winners will be notified by email or direct message on Twitter, shortly after the closing date of 1st^. If a winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
17. The Promotors will get in touch with the winners to organize delivery / collection.
18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
